What we do
Everything we do is business-to-business, for licensed trade partners in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
We purchase essential generic formulations in bulk directly from manufacturers and supply them to regional stockists and pharmacy distributors. Buying at volume lets us pass on pricing that small and mid-sized buyers would not get on their own.
Manufacturers set minimum order quantities that many regional stockists cannot meet alone. We combine orders from multiple stockists into a single bulk purchase, and hold stock between production cycles so that stockists can order smaller quantities with predictable lead times.
Expanding into
We are expanding into coordinating third-party (contract) manufacturing: matching brand owners and distributors with formulation manufacturers who can produce for them. This is a service we are building, not one we currently offer at scale. If you are interested, we are glad to talk.
